Neil Hughes

Neil joined Benjamin Stevens Hub in 2021 after previously managing his family owned Estate Agents for almost 28 years. He has an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience in the property industry, particularly in the St Albans villages of Park Street, Chiswell Green, Bricket Wood and London Colney.

Neil went to Verulam Boys School and has lived in St Albans for most of his life. Having made this area home to hundreds of clients, he has also finally taken his own advice and also made his family home in the area.

Neil is a motivated and dedicated property professional with an unrivalled local sales history spanning four decades. He genuinely believes in the Hub model of locally specialised Agents is the way forward for Estate Agency and has stayed true to his belief that a quality service leads to a better result for his clients.
