Sally also manages a portfolio of high profile clients for the business.
As Head of Block Management & Director Sally supports the team and directly oversees the services and maintenance needs of the buildings in the high profile business portfolio.
Sally advises clients on their legal rights and obligations as Freeholders or as Directors of RMC’s and RTM’s, and ensures Leaseholders & residents adhere to the estate regulations and covenants of the respective leases.
Sally has over 24 years’ experience in both public and private sector Leasehold and Property Management, specialising in Leasehold Law, Section 20 Major Works Project Management and Customer Service Excellence.
Sally also undertakes an Honoury Consultant role for the Federation of Private Residents Associations, giving free help and advice to RMC’s and RTM’s and has an active involvement with FPRA consultations which affect the Leasehold sector.
