The job involves managing and reconciling the service charge bank accounts, posting invoices on the system and paying invoices issued by contractors involved in the maintenance of the blocks managed by Benjamin Stevens Block Management.
He also deals with various queries leaseholders may have in regards to their service charge.
Gebriel says his work keeps him engaged and that he takes great pride in helping out the team here at Benjamin Stevens.
