  • Edgware in Middlesex holds a rich history dating back to the Saxon period. Although it is technically not in London, it’s close access into London via the tube and road networks makes it a popular suburb for families, first-time buyers, as well as those looking to downsize from a family house into a flat or bungalow.

    At its heart, it has a bustling high street with a plethora of shops, restaurants and other forms of entertainment.   • Transport links

    In the centre of the main high street is Edgware Underground Station which is at the end of the Northern Line. Next to this is Edgware Bus station which has numerous routes both into central London, and neighbouring local districts.

    Edgware has fantastic road links for the  A1. A41, M1 and A406.

  • Culture

    One of Edgware's most appealing qualities is its proximity to beautiful green space, and Canons Park is one of the larger parks to choose from. The park was originally part of a large country estate in the 1700s owned by the Duke of Chandos. The remaining grounds now offer a gorgeous backdrop for locals get to enjoy the land and its beauty.

    The Bentley Priory Museum and the RAF Museum are also very close by.

    For further retail therapy, Edgware is a mere 15 minutes away from Brent Cross, North London’s biggest shopping centre.
