May 2021 sees the start of the final lockdowns coming to an end and still the buyer demand totally surpasses the supply of properties coming to the market. Slowly we are seeing more houses coming to the market in HA8 and the surrounding areas, however it is still hard to fathom when a property comes to the market totally overpriced, thus resulting in poor viewing levels or low offers that in fact more accurately reflect the market.
